The terms and conditions of use of this
web site relate to bookings made at hotels owned and/or operated
by C & R Group Ltd owners of Tsarevets Hotel.
Please read this document carefully before
making a booking.
Bookings
Please allow at least 24 hours from the date of booking for
a reservation to be processed, for Special Occasion Breaks and
Champagne packages allow 72 hours for processing. All offers
of accommodation and other services featured on the C &
R Group Ltd website are subject to availability and there is
a limited allocation of rooms available to all offers. The right
is reserved to decline bookings. You cannot combine any special
offer, rate or promotion on this web site with any other special
offer, rate or promotion offered by C & R Group Ltd. No
two special offers can be combined on the same booking.
Payment
At the time of booking you will be required to pay the full
amount in advance. Tsarevets Hotel accepts Mastercard, Visa,
American Express, Diners Club International and Eurocard.
You must check your booking confirmation carefully and check
any queries immediately.
Prices
The prices featured are per person or per room per night. These
prices include accommodation in the room type as described all
meals as specified, service and VAT (at the current rate). Generally
there are no single occupancy supplements at weekends however
they will usually apply Monday to Thursday. Minimum length of
stay restrictions may apply to certain rates, as specified.
Children's
Prices
Up to two children under 12 years of age stay FREE when sharing
a room with two adults (offer subject to availability of suitable
rooms), paying only for meals as taken. There are a limited
number of suitable family rooms available in the hotel.
Arrival
and Departure
Your bedroom will usually be available from 2pm on your specified
day of arrival and will be guaranteed for your first night only.
On your day of departure we would ask that you vacate your room
by 12 noon (unless stated as part of your booking e.g. Fully
Inclusive Breaks - Sunday 6pm departure) otherwise you may be
subject to a charge for an additional night's stay.
Amendments
If you wish to make an amendment to your booking, you should
immediately contact our Hotel reception who will do everything
they can to accommodate you. An administration charge of £5.00
GBP will apply to each amended booking, up to a maximum of £10.00
GBP per booking. These charges apply to name changes and a change
to party size and will be applied on each occasion you have
cause to make an amendment.
Cancellation
If for any reason you find it necessary to cancel your booking
then please contact our Hotel Reception, on tel no 00359 626
01885. All cancellations will incur a charge as follows: More
than 7 days prior to arrival - £10 per person (£30
per person on leisure breaks, packages or special interest breaks).
Less than 7 days but more than 72 hours prior to arrival - 10%
of the cost of your booking or £10 per person (£30
per person on leisure breaks, packages or special interest breaks),
whichever is the greater. Within 72 hours of arrival - 100%
of the cost of your booking. Unfortunately we cannot refund
theatre tickets or insurance premiums under any circumstances.
If you fail to notify our Hotel of your intention to cancel
or simply fail to turn up then unfortunately you will be charged
100% of the cost of your booking via your card.
Insurance
We strongly advise you to take out insurance to cover the cost
of cancellation and other risks including personal accident
and personal public liability seperatley.
Parking
The hotel has its own car park, which is usually FREE (while
resident).This is equipped with a 24hr survelliace system, however
we accept no liability for theft or loss of your vehicle
Hotel Events
Please be aware that at certain times throughout the year our
hotel may host weddings, events and parties, which you may feel,
would be an intrusion on your break. Please contact the individual
hotel for further information.
If
you have a problem
In the unlikely event that you have a problem during your stay
you must bring it to the attention of the management at the
time, to ensure that we have an opportunity to rectify it. If
you are not satisfied that the issue has been resolved, please
submit the details in writing within 28 days of your return,
